MOT Gaming — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the MOT Gaming application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 must have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that targets protected characteristics
• Share sexual or violent content involving minors
• Impersonate other users, companies, or public figures
• Spam, phish, or distribute malicious software
• Circumvent or abuse platform systems (e.g., fake ratings, account farming)
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant MOT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You are solely responsible for your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

MOT Pro is a paid subscription with optional free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play store policies. Virtual coins ("MOT Coins") purchased in-app have no cash value and are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and all non-user content are owned by MOT and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Deleted accounts are permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOT's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MOT Gaming is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you via in-app notification for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
