MOT Gaming ("we", "us", "our") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

3. GDPR (EU / UK Users)

Lawful basis: Contract (account services), Legitimate Interest (analytics, security), Consent (marketing, tracking).

Your rights: Access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object. Contact privacy@mot.app to exercise rights. We respond within 30 days.

4. CCPA (California Residents)

We do not sell your personal information. For data requests or opt-out of targeted advertising, email privacy@mot.app.

5. Children (COPPA)

MOT is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained until deletion. After account deletion, data is permanently erased within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We use Firebase App Check to prevent abuse. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.

8. International Transfers

Data is stored primarily in the United States via Google Cloud. EU/UK transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with Google.

9. Changes

We will notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
